2019 Acura MDX Comes more Attractive

The look is now more attractive with a diamond-pentagon front grille, and a new hood and front fenders as well. Thanks to a dual-exhaust outlet the exterior is more brighter. 2019 Acura MDX Interior
The standard Acura MDX is coming with AcuraWatch safety system, leather interior, and heated front seats. Automatic climate control, power tailgate and the HomeLink garage-door opener are also coming as a standard.
The audio system is available with an 8-speaker AM/FM/CD system Bluetooth connectivity and multiple USB ports. This SUV is using Siri Eyes Free for iPhone, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are also the part of the equipment.
2019 Acura MDX Cargo Space
The 2019 Acura MDX is perhaps not the largest 3-row vehicle you can find on the market, but it offers comfortable space and great cargo volume. Behind that third-row, the MDX has a 15.3 cubic feet of space. If you fold the third-row seats, you can get 43.5 cubic feet of space. While the front seats are spacious and comfy, third-row is for kids only.
Speaking of safety, we can add a rearview camera and a lane-keep assist to the list. Stability-control systems and automatic emergency braking are included as well. The Advance package is providing a 2nd-row captain’s chairs, upgraded leather, remote engine start and surround-view camera.
2019 Acura MDX Powertrain
The forthcoming 2019 Acura MDX uses a 3.5-liter V6 engine and it makes 290hp and 267lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel drive is coming as standard, but All-wheel drive is optional on all models. Acura is using 9-speed automatic transmission and the Advance model includes the idle start/stop system. This system stops the engine at the red lights in order to save fuel.
To make fuel economy even better, the manufacturer installed Variable Cylinder Management that will shut down three of six cylinders during deceleration and cruising. The standard model of MDX can tow up to 5,000 pounds.
Acura MDX Sport Hybrid
The hybrid model for Acura MDX is also available. It uses a 3.0-liter V6 combined with the electric motor and it comes with 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Sports Hybrid model is with two electric motors, one for each rear wheel. However, this engine can provide 325 hp combined and 289lb-ft of torque. Fuel economy is 26mpg in the city and 27mpg on the highway.
2019 Acura MDX Price and Release Date
The starting price for the upcoming 2019 Acura MDX is around $43,000. Price can go up with adding packages and additional options like AWD. The highest package will cost around $62,000.
While there is no official release date, we can expect Acura MDX on the markets at the very end of the year. The competition is coming from Audi Q5, BMW X3, and Mercedes Benz GLC-Class.
